At CustomJerseys, we ensure that every custom jersey we deliver meets the highest quality standards. Each jersey undergoes a detailed inspection before shipping, and in our facilities, we check again for signs of color fading, stains, oxidation, and more. No detail is overlooked — from the front of the jersey, its back, lining, to the tags; we scrutinize every aspect to guarantee that your order arrives in pristine condition.

[ Scratches ] CustomJerseys checks for any scratches on the jersey, ensuring that your item arrives without any damage or wear. We inspect for minor nicks and scuffs; any slight abrasions detected are immediately returned to the retailer.

[ Stains ] Every jersey ordered via CustomJerseys undergoes an exhaustive review to ensure there are no stains on it. If we identify any stains — large or small — the jersey is immediately sent back to the retailer for an exchange, not to you.

[ Fading ] CustomJerseys’ quality control team reviews each jersey individually and as part of a set to guarantee there are no color discrepancies or fading (e.g., shade differences between the left and right jerseys). We also check for faded marks on the collar, rear, or bottom of the jersey.

[ Rips ] Jerseys found with creases or rips will not pass our Quality Control test and will not be dispatched to you.

[ Tags (rips, etc.) ] CustomJerseys examines every jersey tag to make sure they are brand new, without signs of wear and tear, or yellowing on any part of the tag.
